How long for a return?

I returned something to AG the second to last week in March, so it is coming up on 2 full weeks now [img]smile.gif[/img] -and the money hasn't been taken out of my account yet. Is that normal? No phone call either-I am super nervous!

It is normal. I sent something last week and they received it a week ago Wednesday and just processed my order today. Returns seem to take longer than doll hospital orders. My exchange items should be shipped tomorrow and then I will get them within 4-6 days. You can always call CS and check on the status of your return.

When I exchanged an outfit last fall, it took forever. Probably about a month. And there was no communication on their part, at all. No phone call, nothing posted on the website. But like Ashley's Mommy said, you can always call them to check on the status. They should be able to give you a tracking number for it, too, if you ask!

I just did a return - it was 18 days from the day I took the box to the post office till I received my exchange box from AG. The extra charge was posted to my credit card less than a week before I got my goodies. [img]smile.gif[/img]

Edited to add that I received no communication at all from AG till I received my box containing the packing slip.

Call CS. That's what I did! I actually called 3 times. [img]redface.gif[/img] But it took mine 2 and a 1/2 weeks. It was a good thing that I called, becasue there was a problem they needed to talk to me about..... a refund. Which delayed it. [img]graemlins/whatever.gif[/img] It's like just ship the package..... I want it! Hope it gets there soon!
